Now that you have viewed all of the fantastically creative art rockers and sat in one to see how comfortable they are, we are certain that you will want to own one for yourself. Bidding instructions are listed below and you may follow the bidding right here on the Village of Clinton website: www.villageofclinton.com/artrocks08
JUNE 19, 2008 - AUCTION BEGINS
Wednesday, September 17, 2008 (please note that in the brochure it was incorrectly printed that the 17th was a Thursday)
5:30 p.m (bidder registration begins at 5:00 p.m.)
Clinton Village Green (weather permitting) or at The Kirkland Art Center, 9 1/2 East Park Row, Clinton, NY
Winning bidders must pay for and pick up their rockers at the conclusion of the auction.
If you are unable to attend the closing auction you may place a "reserve bid". Instructions are listed below.
HOW TO BID ON A CHAIR
Opening bid for each art rocker is $150.00. Bids must be raised in $10.00 increments. Please note that half of the final auction price is given back to the artist who painted the rocker.
There are three easy ways to place a bid:
If you are unable to attend the closing auction you may place a “reserve bid”. A "reserve bid" is the highest amount you are willing to pay for tor one of the rockers. An Art Rocks representative will bid on your behalf in $10.00 increments until you have either won the rocker or have reached your limit. Credit card information will be required to place a "reserve bid" along with the name and contact information of the person picking up your rocker should you be the winning bidder.
